As VP of Operations, Dutch Thalhuber is responsible for ensuring that space150 operates efficiently and effectively.

Dutch is in charge of defining the space OS, the operating system by which space150 organizes its workflow. Dutch has architected a hybrid methodology that supports without dictating; provides a floor, not a ceiling. He also leads the project management, quality assurance, and IT departments.

Prior to space150, Dutch worked in the Retail Global Business Unit of Oracle, formerly known as Retek, where he directed the project management office and enterprise release management. He worked extensively with Oracle’s clients, including Williams-Sonoma, Best Buy, and Gap. Before Oracle, Dutch spent five years as a technical consultant for Logic Information Systems and EDS.
