When Forever 21 moved into their new iconic location in the world’s most famous square, it called on us to create something epic. Our solution was to turn passive onlookers in the square below into the stars of our never-before-seen experience.
Let's Get You Up On That Billboard
Using innovative computer vision technology and a camera trained on the crowd below, the models featured on the board would snap pictures of people on the street, then pick them up, kiss them, put them in their bags, and more.
The billboard shattered previous viewing metrics. In a space where the typical attention span toward any given billboard is around 6 seconds, Forever 21’s facade keeps people engaged for an average of 10 minutes and remains the standard by which all other Times Square experiences are measured.
Every year, Forever 21 plans and produces several fashion shows around the world. The cost of producing these shows all around the world are exorbitant. They ask us, how we might leverage technology to create a virtual fashion that has the stage presence of the real thing.
Style Travels Well
Our solution was a holographic fashion show. Making use of a custom projection screen, an 18,000 lumens projector and 40 wardrobe changes we created an unforgettable experience that exceeded client expectations.
Audiences across Europe were blown away by the experience. People in Austria, Belgium, Great Britain, Spain and Portugal were able to witness the holographic fashion show first hand and leaving a lasting impression of the Forever 21 brand.
