As President, Dutch Thalhuber ensures that the right people, process, culture and opportunities are in place to drive towards agency mission and vision. Ultimately, he is responsible for ensuring that space150 operates efficiently while creating ground-breaking work that improves client bottom lines. To that end, Dutch architected a hybrid client delivery methodology, the spaceOS, that provides systemic efficiencies while empowering employees to have the flexibility to quickly adapt to changing circumstances. He also leads finance, human resources and facilities at space150. Prior to space150, Dutch worked at Oracle, where he directed enterprise retail software release management. He worked extensively with Oracle’s clients, including Williams-Sonoma, Best Buy, and Gap. Before Oracle, Dutch spent five years as a technical consultant for Logic Information Systems and EDS.
